Self-paced learning

Our learning solutions provide flexibility and enable individuals to learn at their own pace. They are best suited for individuals that are keen to fit learning around their professional and personal schedules.

The learning programmes also have opportunities to participate in group activities and in discussions. Most self-paced learning solutions include an embedded coaching engagement to further reflect on and implement the learnings.

Micro credentials

​Majority of the essential skills discussed in the training programmes are available as self-paced micro credential learning solutions. Organisational coaching sessions are embedded in the micro credential programmes, in which participants can further reflect on their learnings and integrate them into practice.

A structured and guided training programme to equip participants with strategic tools and techniques, enabling them to confidently navigate the recruitment process. This self-paced learning solution includes skills practice sessions, career and mindset coaching sessions.
